Service Coordinator

Clauger is a family-owned company excelling in providing customized industrial refrigeration and air treatment solutions. We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing all aspects of service project administration and preventative maintenance.

Job Duties:

• Work with service team to prepare service quotes.
• Open new projects in Simpro based on orders received.
• Coordinate new projects, material orders and technician schedules with Service team.
• Organize and store all information in Simpro.
• Order and track all materials and equipment itemized in project estimates, providing updates to Service Manager as parts come in.
• Monitor all service contracts for cost vs. estimate and cost vs. billings, collaborating with Service Manager to control costs and billings.
• Send invoices for review to the service manager upon request.
• Generate and deliver invoices to customers within 15 business days of completion confirmation.

Job Requirements

Education, Certification/Licenses

· High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

· 3 to 5 years of billing experience (preferred)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

· Organizational and multi-tasking skills a must.

· Strong mathematical skills with high attention to detail.

· Professional demeanor and attitude.

· Ability to adjust smoothly and be flexible to changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
