Junior Service Advisor / Writer – Recreational Vehicles

We are Hiring a Junior Service Writer who willing to help the lead & learn.

Junior RV advisors will be taught a little bit about everything and make between $40,000- $50,000 a year—Monday through Friday w/ a 4 hour shift once every 4 weeks on Sat. --appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, maintenance body shop etc. are all items we discuss throughout the day. If you have the gift of gab, are good at follow up and communication this job is could be for you. Show up, work hard and be coachable, we’ll teach you the rest! To get started as a new RV Service Advisor in our dealership, you don’t need specific RV experience. But you do need to be task oriented, dedicated, responsible and professional. We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working Service Advisors who see the value in a good day’s work for good a day’s pay.

Job Responsibilities

• Correctly document the customers concerns so the tech can properly examine and diagnose RV problems
• Discuss repairs with Technicians and Customers
• Communicate additional service requests involving annual maintenance that may be needed.
• Advise customers addtional accessories that may enhance their RV experience.
• Plan work procedures in cooperation with parts and Tech's.
• Provide labor time estimates to your customers.
• Monitor repair time and update RV everyone as needed.
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation
• Proof read the tech's complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
• Attend company and factory training
• Keep current with factory technical bulletins
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations.
• Typing, texting, computer, copy machine skills, filing, comprehension shills, and communication are very important.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
