Job description

We are determined to provide each of our customers with a memorable, hassle-free visit to our store and are actively seeking an outgoing, aggressive sales representative to handle our customer's repair needs while at the same time investing effort in reaching the department's profitability goals.

** We are strictly looking for applicants who have previous experience in automotive dealerships **

Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

· Assisting all customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional manner

· Generating service order estimates/ quotes for customers

· Scheduling appointments

· Resolving customer complaints

· Keeping CSI at or above region monthly

· Maintaining value, quality, and integrity

At this point I hope you are asking yourself what does it takes to work in our service department.

All Camelback Toyota future employees are required to meet the following criteria:

· Must pass pre-employment screening including a drug test and background check

· Current, Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

· Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred

· Service Advisor experience mandatory

· Excellent communication and customer service skills, in person and over the phone (bilingual a huge plus)

· Ability to work hard with limited supervision staying organized and remembering to attend to all customer needs in person, returning calls, etc.

· Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet based dealership software, MS Outlook)

· Professional appearance and work ethic

· Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment

· Works with honesty and integrity while representing the factory and dealer during every transaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
