Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Horne Ram Jeep in Show Low, AZ is now hiring Service Advisors! We are located in the beautiful White Mountains in Northern Arizona.

We are looking for competent and Experienced Service Advisor's with Domestic Brand Experience to help our customers when they need assistance with their vehicles. Service Advisor responsibilities include diagnosing vehicle problems and accurately completing service-related paperwork.

Compensation:

• Bonus compensation based on performance.
• Paid training.

As a Service Advisor, you must be able to communicate well with customers and mechanics to correctly describe the problems with their vehicles. You will be able to provide our customers with an accurate estimate of time needed for service repairs. To succeed in this role, you should have a great interpersonal and communication skills, as you’ll have to coordinate between mechanics and the customers. Ultimately, your goal will be to provide excellent customer service, complete all required paperwork and do the job in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Accompany customer vehicles to repair facilities and/or test-drive loaner cars in special cases.
• Answer customers’ phone calls, emails and questions about their orders.
• Make sure that all paperwork is in order to process the order quickly and effectively
• Make sure the customer’s vehicle is ready for collection on time, without delays.
• Follow up with the customer and make sure everything is to their satisfaction.
• Explain any extra warranties or maintenance plans that come with the vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• CDJR: 1 year (Preferred)
• Service writing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Show Low, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
