Job Summary
The Service Administrator will be in direct contact with the Regional Parts and Service Manager to coordinate service operations. This position will involve service billing and administrative support for all service department needs. As the Service Administrator for Commonwealth Equipment, you will be responsible for producing customer invoicing and making sure that is up-to-date at all times.
As the Service Administrator, you will also be tasked to complete all south Warranty Claims from start to finish. You will be the primary point of contact between the customer and manufacturer for all warranty related issues. In this role, you will prepare warranty documents and submit paperwork to the manufacturer.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Service billing
- Offer administrative support for service department
- Overseeing work orders
- Put together billing for work completed everyday
- Keep track of company fleet-service trucks and maintenance
- Producing customer invoicing
- Issuing purchase orders for services techs
- Coordinating with the Service Manager on a daily basis
- Provide warranty support to customers as well as service and sales department
- Prepares records, reconciles warranty claims, and submits warranty claims
- Compile proper documentation for each claim
- In close contact with Regional Parts and Service Manager as well as the Regional Aftermarket Manager
- Utilize warranty tracking system
- Review Service Tech work orders
- Presenting warrantable cases to OEM manufacturers
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using company software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive continuous improvement, supply accurate reporting, and draw conclusions from data
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- US Work authorization required
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- At least two years of service scheduling, dispatch, service writing, or similar experience required
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
Compensation and Benefits
- $ 60,000 salary

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional travel
- First 3 months of training, you will be required to travel to our Ashley, PA office for extensive training as well as travel to our High Point, NC office for extensive training
- After training is complete and you are fully sufficient to work by yourself, this position will become remote
