Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Service Contract Administrator role in Greensboro, NC! This is a fully on-site, contract to hire position. We are looking for someone who has worked with technicians/field technicians, someone who has worked with work orders, warranties, contracts and/or proposals. This is a very time sensitive, detail oriented role. You must be a hard worker, flexible and open to process improvements!
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for assisting with data entry for old and new service agreement accounts.
· Responsible for collecting inspection documents and distributing to customers.
· Prepare, extract, organize, information in digital form.
· Assemble Service Inspection packages and distribute to customers.
· Update work orders and create work order folders.
· Answer/transfer inbound calls.
· Distribute Invoices to Customers
· Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
· Provide information when needed that can be used for agreement renewals, managerial reports, financial statements, strategic planning and decision-making.
· Perform basic bookkeeping services such as setting up new customer sites and contacts, processing inspection reports, applying costs, etc.
· Help organize existing digital library.
· Provide process improvements as they see fit.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree preferred.
· At least 2 years of administrative experience.
· At least 2 years of working with technicians/field technicians.
· Someone who has worked with work orders, warranties, contracts and/or proposals.
· Strong communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· High sense of urgency.
· Detail oriented.
· Flexible and adaptable.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
