Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out and record vehicle information, ensuring accuracy of information. Record the customer's service needs.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries or requests. Schedule work in the operating system on the calendar. Create quotes for work required and order parts accordingly.
- Receive and sign for part deliveries where necessary and provide payment to the vendors. File documents in proper location.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Service Advisor in a customer service role preferred. Some automotive knowledge or the aptitude and desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including ShopBoss and Quickbooks.
- Cash handling experience is a plus
