Server/Host

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using the Aloha POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing for service
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall dining experience

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries
- Ability to build rapport with guests and provide exceptional guest relations
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any guest concerns or issues effectively
- A helpful and customer-oriented attitude is essential for providing outstanding guest services
