```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with food service standards and practices
- Understanding of food preparation techniques and safety guidelines
- Ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures

Pay: $20.50 - $35.00 per hour
