Server/Bartender/Cashier (Career Oriented Position)

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operate the Aloha POS system to accurately process payments and manage tabs.
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell and promote menu items and specials.
- Assist with catering events, including setting up and serving drinks to guests.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and ability to prepare a variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus.
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
