```Overview:```

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders/Servers to join our team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities:```

- Greet customers and take their drink orders

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving

- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere

- Cash handling experience and proficiency in operating a cash register

- Knowledge of food industry standards and practices

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

- Experience in catering or food service is a plus

- Familiarity with brewing processes is an asset

- Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
