Server/Bartender

```Duties```

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Process guest payments using cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

```Skills```

- Excellent food handling skills, including knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in operating a POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Strong guest service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials to increase revenue
- Experience with cash register operations for processing payments accurately
- Knowledge of the food industry, including different types of cuisine and menu items
- Ability to assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and splitting checks
- Familiarity with food service procedures, including table setup and clearing
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building positive guest relations

Pay: $12.74 - $14.57 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
