```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collect payment from customers and provide accurate change
- Monitor customer behavior and respond appropriately to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a bartender
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
