Server/Bartender

Perla Negra Mariscos is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team.

As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Upsell food and beverage items
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints or concerns
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a server or bartender
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of drink recipes and alcohol service regulations
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Availability to work weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
