Dunnbelly Bar + Bistro in Quincy is seeking an multi-faceted employee to join our team.

Position will split time between our bakery station which prepares handmade salads and desserts, and tending our craft cocktail bar. You will be responsible for preparing beautiful food and drink, creating a positive customer experience for our loyal clientele, and being a hard working + collaborative team member.

• As a bartender, applicants will be expected to:

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with Liquor control and food safety regulations
- Handle customer transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with other duties as assigned

• In the bakery, applicants will be expected to:

- Prepare orders for salads and desserts in a timely fashion
- Collaborate with kitchen and FOH staff
- Monitor inventory levels, prep and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Assist with other duties as assigned

We are willing to train enthusiastic applicants without prior experience, but the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with a POS system
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- basic food preparation skills

Dunnbelly is open Tuesday-Saturday for lunch and dinner. Bartender's wages range from $13-15 plus tips. Kitchen wages rage from $15-20 depending on training and experience. Part-time (10-20 hr/wk) or Full-time (25-35 hr/wk) available. There will also be weekday hours, but applicants must be available to work Friday and Saturday Nights.
