Job Description:

As a Server/Bartender at Anthem Ale House, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for our restaurant and help ensuring each guest walk out happy. We are seeking individual with great personality and know how to engage with customers. Assist order choices in a prompt and efficient manner and maintained dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude. You will work with the kitchen and sous chef to ensure Patrons leaves with a clean plate and that the food is served in a timely manner. We are looking for energetic, friendly and professional manner, positive and outgoing individuals who enjoy being part of a team. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant service or other related fields is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to get to work.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that guests have a high-quality dining experience by greeting them in person, calling out orders, preparing food, and returning with plates; answering questions about menu items; making sure that tables always have clean dishes when serving meals.
• Ensure that food is placed on plates in a timely manner by calling out orders; checking stock levels; removing empty plates; making sure that food is served according to portions; making sure that clean dishes are returned to storage areas.
• Ensure that food arrives at guests’ tables in perfect condition by checking stock levels; removing empty plates; checking condition of food; making sure food arrives at guests’ tables safely and correctly.

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
