Server Engineer

[Key Responsibilities]

• Designing system technology programs, core code development, and system tuning.
• Developing code specifications and test specifications to ensure quality control in development.
• Assisting the team in overcoming various technical challenges related to high concurrency, data isolation, and system decoupling.
• Conducting special technology research and introducing new forward-looking projects.

[Ideal Candidate Profile]

• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Possess solid programming skills, with proficiency in common data structures and algorithms, primarily using Golang/Java/PHP.
• Proficient in distributed systems, caching, message queuing (MQ), search, and other technical systems.
• Mastery of Redis, Elasticsearch, and other NoSQL technologies, with proficiency in MySQL development design and tuning.
• Familiar with distributed back-end service development processes and specifications, along with commonly used development frameworks and Kratos.
• Ability to utilize advanced models such as GPT or Claude to enhance work efficiency (required).
• Demonstrate knowledge of entrepreneurship and a spirit of ownership (required).
• Understanding of telecommuting and adeptness in articulating ideas and asking questions.
• Knowledge of Web3, AI, or relevant development experience is highly advantageous.
