Our team builds products to protect Rubrik customers' SQL Server and Exchange deployments in data centers and in the cloud. We make it easier for customers to protect their databases and faster to recover from unforeseen events.

What You'll Do:
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Full stack ownership including design, implementation, and testing of new features which protect customers' Microsoft SQL Server and Exchange deployments in data centers and in the cloud.
- We are a high visibility team protecting SQL Server and Exchange deployments of Rubrik customers with high scale, and supporting a wide variety of enterprise customer use cases and ensuring they meet their SLOs for data protection.
- Troubleshooting issues experienced by customers and internal product testing, and providing robust solutions.
- Analyzing field and internal data, while developing a scalable and maintainable product.
Experience You'll Need:
You are passionate about working with complex distributed systems that serve business and enterprise customers:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 0-2 years of product development experience (we will consider different levels of experience for this opening).
- Strong computer science fundamentals, object oriented programming and problem solving skills.
- Interest and ability to learn new technologies, ability to identify scalable and elegant solutions to complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in Scala, Java or C++
- Full stack development experience is valued
- Large distributed systems design and development experience
- Experience with Windows development, SQL Server or Exchange databases is a bonus
