Main Street Marketing is on the hunt for a seasoned SEO Strategist to join our team. We're looking for an individual who is passionate about client success, has an innate knack for strategic thinking, and knows search engines like the back of their hands.

What you’ll bring:
Solid grasp of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
Advanced understanding of on-page, off-page, technical optimization and SEO content
Experience leveraging SEO analytics tools including Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, etc. to drive insights and report on campaign performance
Ability to identify and prioritize SEO initiatives and communicate succinctly to clients
Strong time management skills for juggling multiple projects at once and completing projects within budget
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with WordPress content management and plugins
Local SEO expertise
Familiarity with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, as other digital channels like paid media, social and CRO
What you’ll do:
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, content strategy, expansion, and optimization
Audit client websites to identify optimization opportunities and prioritize work based on SEO impact
Develop and implement citation-building strategies using competitors as a baseline
Foster and cultivate client relationships, providing regular updates on reports, ongoing initiatives, and strategy
Recommend changes to site structure, content, linking, and other factors to improve search visibility in accordance with SEO best practices
Produce SEO-friendly content for client websites
Collect data and create performance reports, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in SEO campaigns
Assist with documenting new processes and methods as they are defined
Stay up-to-date on emerging digital marketing trends and provide recommendations to the team
