Requirements:
5+ years in UX strategy or related roles
Expertise in enterprise-wide UX strategy methodologies
Strong foundation in user-centered design
Exceptional communication skills
Proficiency with UX tools like Mural, Axure, Sketch, InVision, etc.
Bachelor's degree in HCI, UX, or related field
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning in a collaborative environment
Craft innovative solutions aligned with business and user needs
Serve as primary contact for project escalations
Ensure adherence to design processes and project continuity
Communicate updates to senior leadership
Identify opportunities for proactive design and consistency
Desired Skills:
Experience with financial or enterprise environments
Proficiency in facilitating design workshops

Pay Details: $65.00 to $70.00 per day
