Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development of comprehensive content strategies aligned iwth the company's brand identify, values, and goals.
  • Crafts compelling brand narratives that capture the essence of our brand and resonates with our audience emotionally.
  • Develops engaging storytelling formats including articles, blog posts, videos, socia media content, and more.
  • Develops strategic plans for content distribution and amplification to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Uses various channels and platforms including social media, email marketing, SEO, distributor and end-user networks, and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitors and analyzes the performance of content initiatives using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Identifies trends, insights, and opportunities for our organizaiton.
  • Collaborates closely with internal teams including sales, product, engineering, manufacturing, UX/UI and graphic design to align content strategies with broader business objectives and initiatives.
  • Assists in the regular update/edit process of the online rpoduct catalog and ideotrial pages with new products, pricing information, image and copy changes.
  • Leads overall social media strategy and plan executiion. Analyzes and reports results.
  • Works with UX/UI, design, external partners, and Sales to ensure leads created with content activities are managed and optimized.
  • Creates appealing and engaging email campaigns.
  • Partners with various internal and external stakeholders to drive written communication for all internal and external cutsomer campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • Five years experience in content strategy, brand storytelling or related roles.
  • Proven track recrod of developing and implementing successful content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Experience in lifting, rigging, MRO, material handling or similar industry preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in content mangement systems (CMS), analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driving environment, managing mutliple priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for customer visits, trade show attendance, etc.
