Job Description:

Are you passionate about driving organic search traffic and optimizing websites to rank higher on search engine results pages (SERPs)? We are looking for an SEO Specialist with a focus on organic search to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving our website's visibility, enhancing organic search rankings, and increasing organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keyword Research:

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases.
• Analyze search intent to align content with user expectations.

2. On-Page Optimization:

• Optimize website content for target keywords, including title tags, meta descriptions, and headers.
• Ensure website pages are well-structured and user-friendly.

3. Technical SEO:

• Collaborate with the web development team to address technical SEO issues, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexing.

4. Content Strategy:

• Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with SEO goals.
• Create engaging, high-quality, and SEO-friendly content.

5. Link Building:

• Implement white-hat link-building strategies to enhance the website's authority and credibility.
• Monitor and manage backlink profiles.

6. SEO Audits:

• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Track and report on key SEO performance metrics.

7. Competitive Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' SEO strategies.
• Adjust SEO strategies based on market dynamics.

8. Reporting:

• Generate and present regular reports on SEO performance to management.
• Make data-driven recommendations for SEO improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a focus on organic search.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush).
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus.
