Position Overview:
As the Senior Executive Assistant to the ExecutiveVice President and Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in providing high-level administrative support and maintaining a smooth workflow for our CFO. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, managing the Executive's schedule, and serving as a liaison between the CFO and other internal teams and external stakeholders. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the EVP, CFO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure alignment of schedules and priorities
- Monitor and prioritize emails and correspondence on behalf of the EVP, CFO
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other confidential documents
- Set up and coordinate meetings and events, including managing logistics, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage confidential information with discretion
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations as needed
- Act as a point of contact between the EVP, CFO and internal/external stakeholders, including senior leaders, clients, and vendors
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the EVP, CFO
- Provide support to other members of the Executive team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the financial industry is preferred but not required
