JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox Entertainment is re-entering the international distribution business. FOX Entertainment Global (FEG) is responsible for overseeing the global, multi-platform sales and distribution of intellectual property, owned and produced by FOX Entertainment and its growing portfolio of business units including Fox Alternative Entertainment, MarVista Entertainment, Fox Entertainment Studios, TMZ, Tubi, Bentobox, and Studio Ramsay Global as well as, premium content acquired from outside producers. FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Formats to join its growing sales team.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Format sales of unscripted TV series to which FEG controls the rights
• Ensure that local productions of FEG's formats maintain high production values consistent with FEG's standards
• Develop and nurture relationships with creators of unscripted formats internationally
• Act as the focal point for information-gathering and a conduit for Fox's services (including FBC and Tubi) for suitable international formats for Fox's domestic production
• Act as a 'scout' for Fox's services and relevant production divisions (e.g., Tubi, FBC, FAE) as they seek to gather information on - and under their direction, to assist as necessary and required in the acquisition of - suitable international formats for adaptation in Fox's domestic markets
• Conduct multi-platform content sales activities including but not limited to pitching formats, negotiating deal terms, and strategizing with partners and internal stakeholders to drive account growth
• As necessary, negotiate co-production agreements with key partners in collaboration with internal business units
• Develop new business opportunities and client engagement for future format production or development
• Maintain a deep understanding of content ecosystem and distribution within a perpetually changing landscape
• Technologically savvy and willing to use systems, processes, and tools to streamline and optimize a sales process and monetize a content library across a variety of revenue streams
• As required and subject to internal approval for travel, to consult on local productions of FEG's formats thereby ensuring compliance with contractual restrictions and maintenance of the high production values consistent with the FOX brand
• Be an ambassador for the FOX brand at a global level, travel to territories and markets as required
• Be an active participant and leader in building relationships and trust, displaying emotional intelligence, and providing clarity to the wider Sales function and across departments
• Collaborate with peers and contribute to building a cohesive, healthy team ready to capitalize on market opportunities
• Collaborate with internal marketing, legal, and strategy & operations teams to ensure the smooth running of the Sales function

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 18+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience, ability, and desire to provide a high level of client service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with people at all levels
• Thorough knowledge of distribution, rights, and windowing within the film & TV industry
• A passion for unscripted TV content, both from the US and around the world
• Strong understanding of the streaming space and shifting dynamic of entertainment consumption and its impact on the content distribution business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their unique requirements.
• Effective dealmaker with a keen sense of priorities and attention to detail
• Aptitude and flexibility to work well on multiple projects in various phases of the sales cycle in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven success in building and maintaining internal and external relationships
• Proactive, positive attitude, team player
• Ability to maintain confidential information

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $200,000.00-250,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
