About the Role

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, you will drive the User Experience design process from concept to implementation, ensuring our products meet and exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead user research efforts through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that are both beautiful and functionally effective.
• Craft stunning, high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to bring your vision to life and facilitate stakeholder buy-in.
• Champion user-centered design throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, engineers) to ensure seamless integration and execution of your designs.
• Conduct rigorous usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback to continuously improve the User Experience.
• Establish and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and brand cohesion across all touchpoints.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest UX trends and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to fostering a collaborative and creative design culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer, with a proven track record of designing successful User Experiences.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices including user research, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Experience building B2B or other complex business / transactional application preferred.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (InVision, Proto.io, Lucid).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate your ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for design and a relentless focus on user-centricity.
• Bonus points: Experience with accessibility guidelines, design systems, design thinking methodologies, and data-driven design strategies.
