Your work environment

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. As a Senior Digital Expert within the AXA Emerging Customers team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital insurance landscape for the mass market in developing economies. You will leverage your expertise to establish and nurture strategic partnerships with digital players across diverse markets, focusing on Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Your operational proficiency will be instrumental in designing and optimizing User Experiences, from enrollment to claims servicing, tailored to the unique needs of the mass market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and establish distribution partnerships with digital players to facilitate the roll-out of AXA Emerging Customers programs.

• Lead or support the design of User Experiences, ensuring seamless integration within partners' ecosystems and alignment with the mass market insurance segment in developing economies.

• Collaborate with local teams to develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies, amplifying reach and maximizing sales performance.

• Advise on technology and data needs to support the deployment through digital partners' ecosystems, tailored to local AXA subsidiaries in each country.


Your Profile

Requirements:

• A business or scientific master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in digital sales & operations, with a strong preference for experience in developing countries, microfinance, microinsurance, and/or the mass market sector.

• Proven expertise in User Experience design, online customer journey optimization, and Digital Marketing.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the ability to adapt to new geographies and paradigms for mass market customers.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead by influence, engage stakeholders, and work effectively across hierarchies and cultures.

• A practical, result-driven approach with a demonstrated ability to drive business project delivery.
