Special Requirements
Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a State owned or leased vehicle.
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required.
1. Ability ensure CAT Plan updates and implementation meet the needs of Caltrans and our partners (Vision and Strategic Thinking).
2. Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with different audiences (Communication).
