Senior Technical Solutions Engineer for FPGA; ideally possessing background or experience relating to semiconductor components, or solutions.

Summary:

As a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be ultimately responsible for assisting end customers with selection, implementation, and support of their product requirements utilizing solutions and suppliers Macnica Americas distributes. This role will include, but is not entirely limited to, early product positioning and pre-sales with customers, on-site or remote customer support, working closely with field sales, and technically championing a specific supplier or solution within the Macnica Americas organization. Possessing superior skills in communication and organization while also having the initiative and ability to work largely independently are all desired qualities that will be required to be truly successful in this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

· BS in Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience

· Experience with FPGA or ASIC technologies, design-tools and flows

· Presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to groups

· Proactive with a proven history of success working independently

Desirable Qualifications:

· Strong preference for any specific experience with system level design including displays, components, and solutions

· Experience in Industrial and Medical markets a plus

· Familiarity or past experience with semiconductor supplier or channel sales and/or support

· Desire to learn and support assigned markets in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
