Blackpoint Cyber is searching for a seasoned Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing top talent in the competitive cybersecurity industry to closing deals on exceptional mid-to-senior level candidates.
What You'll Do:
Utilize a mix of paid tools (like LinkedIn Recruiter) and free sourcing strategies to identify and attract the best Software Engineers, UX Designers, IT professionals, and Cybersecurity specialists across the SaaS landscape.
Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams to understand specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Conduct in-depth screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit, leveraging your knowledge of cloud security, threat intelligence, and threat detection.
Facilitate technical assessments and participate in the interview process to identify top performers.
Craft compelling offer packages and negotiate competitive salaries and benefits to secure talent.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates.
Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to effectively source and evaluate candidates.
Scheduling Interviews as appropriate.
Who You Are:
A seasoned recruiter with 5+ years of experience in a technical field, preferably within cybersecurity or a related industry.
Possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including cloud security, threat intelligence, and threat detection.
Strong Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Familiarity with various technical assessments is a plus (e.g., take-home coding challenges).
A master of sourcing, utilizing both paid tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and free strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
An interviewing pro, adept at conducting in-depth screenings and collaborating with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
A natural communicator, able to build rapport with candidates, negotiate confidently, and advocate for the company's employer brand.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Bonus Points:
Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP)
Experience within the SaaS industry
A proven track record of success in a hyper-growth environment
Experience with Ashby Applicant Tracking System
