The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $111,000-$194,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Spearhead digital transformation projects, guiding their full life cycle from ideation to implementation.
- Market Insight: Regularly update on technology trends in digital marketing, ensuring Synopsys remains at the cutting edge.
- Tech Collaboration: Partner with technical and design teams across the company to embed new technologies that enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and modern reporting methods.
- Change Management: Engage directly with business leaders, navigating challenges and fostering a change-ready culture.
- Process Overhaul: Direct projects that optimize processes, amplify system capabilities, and realign marketing strategies for the digital age.
- Tech Integration: Harness the capabilities of disruptive tech such as Gen AI, NLP, and more to innovate and streamline our processes.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related technical field; an MBA is advantageous.
- A solid decade (8-10 years) of experience in Digital Transformation roles, with a preference for candidates from notable consulting backgrounds.
- Adeptness in the latest tech, notably Gen AI, BI Tools, and other digital innovations.
- Comprehensive understanding of the marketing landscape, with insight into the latest technologies, best practices, and operational structures.
- An unwavering commitment to integrity, creativity, and passion.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
