- Experience with ticketing systems, and knowledge of ITIL standards, priorities, and SLA
- Functional knowledge of domain-based business environments, group policy, etc
- Experiencing with business networking:
- Rock solid understanding of IPv4/routing/packet path/etc

- Managed switches

- VPNs: Site to Site, SSL, Client, etc
- Experience with VoIP/telephony
This is not an entry level position. We are seeking to add horsepower to our team and increase accountability across the board. This position is responsible for maintaining their scorecard items: ‘Monthly running average of tickets closed per day’; however, we pride ourselves on NOT micromanaging our employees. We are a casual environment focused on getting our job done with camaraderie and support from each other.
In addition to competitive pay (commensurate with experience and skills), we offer a comprehensive benefits package, ‘flexible PTO’ (no accruals, vestment, etc.), an open/honest work environment, profit sharing, and this position is 100% work-from-home.
If you are a professional IT Helpdesk Analyst capable of performing at a senior level, please apply.
Our employees are key to our success. Not to be "cliche" but you are our greatest asset. We believe in open, honest, and transparent communication. We run on a Business Management system that promotes open communication, and transparency that includes sharing all of our financial data with every employee. We want our employees to know how we make (and loose) money. We are vested in your success, and both of our futures. If you are looking for a company you can make a career at, and love the team you work with, hit the apply button. If you make it through our process, you will be welcomed by other likeminded professionals who will be happy to have you.
