Banquet Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during banquets and events. Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations
- Greet guests and provide them with menus and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events
- Assist with event breakdown and clean-up
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or banquet operations is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Food service experience

- Restaurant or culinary background
- Banquet service experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Texarkana, AR 71854: Relocate before starting work (Required)
