Brand-led Change
Brand-led change (BLC) is newer practice area at Siegel+Gale focused on helping clients articulate their Purpose and brand promise and embed it throughout their organization to deliver on its full potential and achieve business results. This role blends a solid understanding of organization development, change management,leadership and people strategies with an appreciation of brand and its delivery from the inside-out. Our workspans leadership alignment, employer branding and employee value proposition strategies, workforce communications, brand launch and employee engagement strategies, organizational transformation initiatives, and culture change.
As a Brand-led Change Senior Strategist at Siegel+Gale, you will:
- Confidently lead and manage projects from concept to implementation, delivering Brand-led Change strategies and action plans with little oversight from Senior Management
- Work collaboratively across functions to create recommendations that integrate research, design, experience, industry knowledge, and client knowledge
- Simplify findings and recommendations to create compelling stories; translate great conceptual ideas into actionable, realworld' ideas
- Build and own strong client relationships, acting as a key client contact and strategic advisor to clients for assigned project(s)
- Provide unscripted strategic counselcan think on your feet' without disrupting strategic direction
- Design and facilitate workshops and key input meetings with clients
- Architect the required BLC solution set / associated work plan and harmonize these work activities seamlessly into overall S+G client project delivery schedule
- Identify opportunities to extend / develop client business, writing proposals and work plans for new business opportunities and extensions of existing business
- Actively manage junior staff growth, seeking new opportunities, providing in-the-moment coaching, providing feedback/input and conducting performance reviews to propel their development
- Participate in and support the development of the Brand-led Change practice, its tools and methodologies
- Actively support with the education and socialization of Brand-led Change approaches within S+G
You're a great fit for this position if you have:
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong desire to contribute to our culture & growing practice area
- Advanced degree in Brand, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management and/or comparable practical experience in brand strategy, brand activation, brand/customer experience, strategic marketing, organizational effectiveness, employer branding, change management, internal communications consulting
- Ability to think about change from a creative and human perspective while also valuing data and rational analysis (balancing the head and heart)
- Significant experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment, with a strong knowledge of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issues
- Passion for distilling complex information into key themes; recognizing nuances in the data and using that data to tell a compelling story for the client and inspire action behind it
- Ability to contribute individually and as a team member, with experience dealing with ambiguity and supporting others through multi-tasking demands
- Ability to simplify

This is a hybrid position that can be based out of our NY, LA, or SF offices.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000.
