Job Description:

• Strong Knowledge on P and C Insurance Domain with hands on in PAS, Billing and Claims
• Proficient in Duck Creek Testing with minimum of 7 years.
• Minimum Experience: 10+ yrs in Software Testing & Quality Assurance
• Should be able to Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated). Should be able to review test cases following the review process.
• Should possess strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology , methodologies and systems.
• Should be able to triage Defects and perform Root Cause analysis on Defects
• Proficient in Test Management Tools - Rally/JIRA/HP-QC/VSTS/TFS
• Should have Detailed and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Respond to all requests from internal and client team members in a timely professional manner.
• Comfortable in handling Automation as well as Manual test case execution.
• Mentor Test Team and co-ordinate with
• Experience in Framework Designing
• Evaluate and suggest frameworks that are fit for purpose to expand the automation suite / architecture
• Identify Tests/Scenarios for automation
• Build & Maintain Automated Test Scripts and also prepare Test Results/Reports and Publish them
• Should be able to track the Project Metrics relevant to Automation and also prepare Test Strategy/Plans to acheive the milestone on time

Must Have

• Selenium or Katalon hands on experience along with Framework design
• API test Hands on Experience
• Core Java, Python hands on Experience
• Hands on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation/SCM Tool (Jenkins/GIT)
• Well versed with Agile Methodology
• Proficient in Core Java/Groovy Scripting
• Sound Knowledge of Testing Framework (Cucumber/TestNG)
• Sound knowledge on Database concepts and hands on writing basic/complex SQL queries.
• Good Experience in handling headless Automation

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works within QA team to develop and implement automation scripts
• Participates in functional walkthroughs
• Participates in the analysis of new requirements and uses cases to develop test approach and deliverables (test approach architecture, scenarios, test conditions, test cases, test data, and expected results)
• Conducts ad-hoc and exploratory testing
• Participates in the development of test coverage approach and maintains test plan in test management tool
• Develops custom tools, utilities or approaches, as required to test the application and features for functional and non-functional requirements
• Evaluates system behavior prior to and during load tests
• Enter test cases, analyzes results and documents defects in defect tracking tool
• Participates in the release management and quality process to validate those solutions meet business requirements
• Participates in quality management reviews as outlined in the Quality Management practice to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards.
• Perform other related activities and duties as required
