Summary
The Senior Specialist coordinates, monitors, and performs technical process related to Module
plant in maintenance department to meet company goals.
Essential Functions(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
General Management :
- Report on status of assigned tasks at beginning, during and conclusion.
- Develop detail action plan to meet shop wise maintenance index. (Downtime, PM Plan & Actual, Equipment improvements, MTTR, MTBF, and KPI)
- Enter preventive, general, and breakdown maintenance data into SAP
Create and update the preventive maintenance task list and ensure reliability
Create and update the preventive maintenance schedule for PM 10 and PM 11
Control PM 10 and PM 11 to ensure on –time completion
Review and report equipment, equipment downtime, damage codes, downtime causes,
Manages the equipment maintenance manual
Prepare weekly work summary report
Assist maintenance management as needed
- Manage project schedule and improve machines
- Collaborates with Engineering for new equipment installation
Breakdown Maintenance:
- Supports and conducts troubleshooting for equipment failures
- Creates a breakdown repair equipment manual for future repairs
- Manages electric equipment and robot
Team Training and Communication:
- Assesses and coordinates departmental training needs and develops training plans
- Communicates with each department, and with vendors and contractors regarding
Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Preferred Education & Experience: (one of the following)
- A high school graduate with 6 more years in maintenance Specialist experience for Module Plant line
- A technical College degree with 4 more years in maintenance Specialist experience for Module Plant line
- A Bachelor’s degree with 2 more years in maintenance Specialist experience for Module Plant line
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Good knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Good knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi/AB/Omron/Siemens/LS PLC) and inverter (Omron), servo motor
- Good knowledge of AGV M/C.
- Good knowledge of Robots (AB, Fanuc) and / FA.
- Good knowledge of Module Plant and Electric vehicle line Equipment.
- Some knowledge of (TPM) Total Productive Maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and Auto CAD.
- Some knowledge of SAP part of Maintenance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Working Conditions
- Position hours: Day Shift (Includes most holidays)
- Must be able to ascend/ descend ladders and stairs, lift 70-75lbs, operate hand tools, pneumatic
tools, power tools, inspect equipment for needed maintenance, position to crouch, crawl, kneel,
and stoop. Communicate with multiple levels of Team Members, be exposed to confined spaces
and multiple chemicals.
