General Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Annual Salary Range - $50,050 - $81,330
Qualifications
Master's degree in Education or a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with professional school students.
- To work with and meet the diverse needs of at-risk medical students to provide them with the specialized advising needed to support their needs, to provide specific programming and to provide outreach to at-risk cohorts.
- To develop and oversee mission-critical programming.
- To develop initiatives for pipeline students, students with a decelerated academic trajectory, and for clinical students.
Primary Responsibilities
- Works with medical students to enhance their active learning strategies, provide academic coaching, and identify risk of academic difficulty.
- Works closely with the Director to facilitate accommodations within the School of Medicine for students with disability support needs.
- Provides academic coaching to medical students through national board exams.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
