Form of workDUTIES: Collaborate with our supply chain users, leadership, and IT teams to deliver technology solutions that enable business value. Provide consulting services on both project/process implementations and existing support projects by enabling cross-functional integration with key process areas and functions like finance & controlling (SAP FICO), material and inventory management (SAP MM/WM), production planning and quality control (SAP PP, QM) and providing analysis and support to technical developers by debugging ABAP code. Collaborate with internal users & leadership to document Business Processes, pain points, and requirements. Work with the business users to understand requirements and translate requirements into technical solutions / process within SAP ERP/S4 product suite. Perform detailed analysis of complex Business Process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Design and configure solutions in SAP Sales and distribution, materials management, warehouse management, logistics execution, transportation management, global trade compliance areas to streamline processes for supply chain solutions. Act as liaison between business users and technical team to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and solve critical/high priority requirements/issues. Lead as functional consultant by following enterprise methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with the desired business value. Take actions to drive quality through IT process compliance, quality assurance testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, root cause analysis & initiating preventative actions. Configure solutions in SAP sales and distribution, including order management, pricing, third party orders, stock transfer orders, logistics, deliveries, shipments, shipment cost documents, picking, packing, handling unit management, batch management, batch search strategies, outputs, form layouts, billing, and copy controls. Provide ad-hoc training and user support by building content repository and technical/functional specification document as required. Facilitate and lead requirement and analysis workshops to collect business requirements, evaluate and analyze gaps and design/configure solutions for supply chain process areas. Design, configure, build solutions in SAP Suite and help interfacing with extended partners/systems via building various interfaces with techniques/technologies like ALE/EDI/IDOC/XM.
