Golden Steps ABA is a Health Care Organization, that delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide individualized services in the home and in school to assist individuals up to 21 years of age, work on specific skills and behaviors. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the company's mission and vision.
- Develop and drive programs and process to build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Forecast hiring needs dependent on business and workforce growth plans.
- Report on recruitment metrics.
- Responsible for candidate experience, from application to hire. Includes but not limited to: Background Check and OIG Reports
- Educate new hires on company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for attending school career fairs and annual conferences as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- One year of recruitment experience
- minimum one year of Applicant Tracking System experience
- Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external contacts.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines, and produce work that consistently meets or exceeds team benchmarks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
