We are seeking a dedicated Service ERP Project Analyst to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of our Consumer Operations ERP projects. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, implement customizations and configuration the ERP system, and ensuring data accuracy. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, improving processes, and delivering successful ERP solutions on time and within budget.

How You'll Create Possibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful implementation of Service ERP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for ERP system enhancements and customizations.
- Analyze and map existing service-related business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP system utilization.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and issue logs.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates to key stakeholders, including project sponsors and executive leadership.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate ERP system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth deployment
- Provide training to end-users and create user-friendly documentation to facilitate effective utilization of the ERP system. Offer ongoing support and address user inquiries and issues.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to service ERP systems and recommend system enhancements and process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of ERP projects, gather feedback from users, and identify areas for further improvement.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Motivated self-starter who consistently meets or exceeds objectives. • Strong analytical skills, able to analyze data from multiple sources to arrive at an optimal solution for service and cost.
- Inclusive with a track record of working successfully within cross functional teams across multiple organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt personal communication style to the needs of the audience.
- Excellent project management skills and able to work with third party contractors. Prior use of Oracle ERP applications.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP modules, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with inventory, finance, and planning, including configuration, customization, and usage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, must be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Experienced in resolving challenges related to ERP implementations by modifying system and business processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Factory Service, Planning, and Item management
- Knowledge of Service Parts ME and Parts Distribution
- Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in IT, Consumer Operations, Distribution, or Supply Chain
Working Conditions:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work when workload demands.
- Minimal travel is expected.
