We are seeking a reliable, friendly, loving, compassionate, and team player LPN to join our team for the 2nd Shift Part-time position in Edgewood, KY. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to our patients and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and assisting with patient assessments. The LPN will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and communicating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
