The Senior School Operations Support Specialist assists the Operations Manager in performing various aspects of Idaho Technical Career Academy (ITCA) and Idaho Virtual Academy (IDVA) operations. This is a Stride, Inc. position.
*Please note the salary for this position is between $40,000 and $45,000*
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
- Prepare data analysis reports and assist with records and data, including state reporting
- Enhance program efficiency
- Supports data and logistics of major school operational events such as enrollment, registration, withdrawals, year and semester end transitions, and end-of-year reclamations
- Work with staff to ensure the school is in compliance with and meets audit and accreditation requirements
- Assist with the management of student and staff account accesses
- Assist with processing equipment orders and management of school accounts for staff
- Works directly with company systems and technology team to investigate and resolve classroom, course and other system related issues
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or certification in relative field of study AND
- Work experience in operations and/or process management OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates and Licenses: None required.

- Self-motivated and inquisitive
- Able to acquire new skills on the job independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong technology skills
- Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and verbal; able to share information with colleagues at various levels throughout the company
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check
DESIRED Qualifications:
- Formal project management experience in fast-paced or start-up environment
- Non-profit / education grants management experience
- Experience with managing online learning
