Job Title: Senior SAP OCM Training Consultant

Responsibilities of the Senior SAP OCM Training Consultant
EDC Consulting LLC (EDC) is seeking a talented SAP OCM Training Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a SAP OCM Training Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing organizational change management (OCM) strategies and delivering training programs for SAP projects. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions and achieve business objectives.

The Senior SAP OCM Training Consultant will:

• Develop and implement OCM strategies to support SAP implementation projects.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication plans for SAP projects.
• Design and deliver training programs for end-users on SAP systems and processes.
• Create training materials, such as user guides and job aids, to support training programs.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure training aligns with project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide support and guidance to end-users during the transition to new SAP systems.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with change management teams to address resistance and drive adoption of SAP solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices in OCM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a SAP OCM Training Consultant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and processes.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs for SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP certification in OCM or related field is a plus.
• Active Security Clearance
