SalaryWe are seeking to employ a Caregivers in Northern Virginia who is outgoing, enjoyable, and have memory care experience.
Duties:
* Provide direct patient care in the home setting, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
* Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
* Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as necessary.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
* Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up.
* Accompany patients to medical appointments and outings as needed.
* Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
