We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Manager who will be responsible for supporting the technical solution design and development of our Salesforce platform with focus on Salesforce CPQ and Billing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that align with business requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Intapp, analyze business processes, design scalable solutions, and implement enhancements on the Salesforce platform
What you will do:
- Work closely with business analysts/product managers to interpret business requirements and craft scalable solutions in sync with our strategic business technology vision and architectural plans.
- Lead and oversee a dedicated team of Salesforce developers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting high-quality standards.
- Provide robust technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across Business, IT, Business Intelligence, and Engineering to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
- Advise on Salesforce and Go-To-Market initiatives, employing industry best practices and proactive strategy formulation.
- Keep informed of the latest technological trends, introducing forward-thinking solutions that go beyond Salesforce to fulfill the dynamic needs of the business.
- Innovate within the force.com platform, leveraging its full suite of tools such as Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Web Services, and APIs to create robust solutions.
- Improve the quality and detail of technical documentation, establishing a clear and comprehensive knowledge base for the team.
- Take on a critical role in change management and development workflows, ensuring agile and responsive project evolution.
What you will need:
- Demonstrated expertise and extensive hands-on experience with Sales processes and comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce products across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficient in Force.com Platform technologies, with advanced skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and Unit Testing.
- Deep understanding of SaaS data models, design considerations, and the integration of connected web services.
- Skilled in Salesforce Sales Cloud and especially Salesforce CPQ, with a history of successful configuration and deployment.
- A firm grasp of Salesforce DX, adept in source-driven development with Git/Github or comparable version control systems, and versed in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery within a DevOps framework.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience utilizing Salesforce platform capabilities to develop bespoke solutions within Salesforce and other Go-To-Market systems.
- At least 4 years of experience in mentoring junior developers and administrators, with a proven track record of enhancing team capabilities.
- Over 2 years of leadership experience in managing teams and delivering projects successfully.
- Proficiency in collaborating with offshore teams, managing cross-geographical projects, and fostering effective communication across diverse workgroups.

- For California based roles, Base Pay Range is $170,000- 200,000/yr . Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
