We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. Extensive testing SaaS testing experience is required, including Salesforce Sales and Marketing Clouds, ITSM, and system integrations. The candidate will be responsible for the timely, accurate testing of workflow solutions and will need to be familiar with sales operations and internal ITSM processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business/operations unit, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the development teams. You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the Salesforce environment and are expected to report on any functionality that may need to be reviewed per current and future development/configuration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Test internal software.
- Develop test plans and test cases based on requirements.
- Effectively communicate with product management and business to fully understand acceptance criteria.
- Develop/maintain knowledge of internal systems, formulas, and other industry-specific information.
- Create test data.
- Execute test runs and validate actual results vs expected.
- Keep documentation of all problems, reporting progress along the way.
- Participate in Agile Scrum processes and meetings.
- Develop and execute project and release test plans and test cases.
- Influence decisions on testing approaches and test strategies
- Effectively communicate with the engineering team by discussing and documenting defects, tracking them through criteria completion and validating when they have been resolved.
- Effectively demo completed stories to product management for acceptance
- Gather quality metrics and report out on a pre-defined basis.
- Participate during deployments to test and validate enhancements and/or bug fixes
Internal Responsibilities:
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to those identified within the Standards of Business Conduct and the Employee Handbook, as may be amended from time to time. Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations and the company's governance/compliance program.
- Responsible for reporting violations of the company's policies and procedures, Standards of Business Conduct, governance program, laws and regulations through the company's Help Line or other mechanism that may be available at the time of the violation. Assists with internal control failure remediation efforts.
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:
- 3-5 years' QA experience, including Salesforce and ITSM processes.
- Strong aptitude to learn new software systems and programs.
- Excellent people and team skills
- Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform specifically Sales Cloud, quote-to-cash, and contracting applications
- Deep understanding of sales operations including pre and post-sales, lead and contract management, and reference program activities.
- Experience with IT Service Management processes including incident management, service request routing, and workflows.
- Experience with end-to-end integrated processes between applications including FINS, HCM, Sales, and ITSM platforms.
- Ability to think creatively when testing configuration changes and advise on the cause and effect of all custom and standard processes.
- Experience troubleshooting incidents to validate issues before sending to administrators.
- Experience working with product owners in an advisory role and assisting in documentation as necessary.
Certifications and Licenses:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required
- ITLL certification(s) preferred

Savista is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $74,900.00 to $110,000.00. However, specific compensation for the role will vary within the above range based on many factors including but not limited to geographic location, candidate experience, applicable certifications, and skills.
