QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-8 years of QA work experience, with a focus on software products and technologies
- Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
- Extensive experience in software development and testing methodologies
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium) helpful but not required
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, SQL, C++, XML, HTML, CSS) is helpful but not required
- Experience working with an internal software development team and/or external development partners
- Experience with software development life-cycle methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with a sharp attention to detail
- Experience working with live and static data feeds
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills, and be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Background/knowledge in Golf or other Sport helpful but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand product requirements (functional & non-functional)
- Partners with developers (internal / external) to create test cases (manual and automated) and execute as part of software development lifecycle
- Provide feedback to developers, Product Managers, Project Managers with testing results
- Coordinate with Digital LiveOps-Support team on bug tickets to confirm test cases when code fixes are developed and ready for testing
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
- Work together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
- Research and compare similar competitor products
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
- Special Project or other duties as assigned
