Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior RF Engineer with a Secret or TS Clearance to join our dynamic team. You will be an integral part of the division, working on cutting-edge projects that are vital to our national security. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who appreciate high-level technical challenges and enjoy working with advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Radio Frequency Engineering, Telecommunication, Electro-Optical/Infra-Red, IDS, Intrusion Detection, sensors, Surveillance Systems, and holds a DoD Secret Clearance or "top secret clearance". This role requires a minimum of 8-10+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Designing, developing, and testing RF systems and circuit designs.
2. Analyzing and optimizing RF systems for performance enhancement.
3. Collaborating with teams to integrate RF systems into larger designs.
4. Conducting research to drive innovation and stay current with industry trends.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with RF systems and components.
6. Developing and implementing RF communication standards and protocols.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
8. Utilizing Electro-Optical/Infra-Red, IDS, Intrusion Detection, sensors, and Surveillance Systems in the development and implementation of security measures.
9. Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with DoD Secret Clearance or "top secret clearance" requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in RF engineering or related field.
3. Extensive knowledge of Radio Frequency Engineering, Telecommunication, Electro-Optical/Infra-Red, Intrusion Detection, sensors, Surveillance Systems or related areas.
4. Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of RF systems and components.
5. Prior military experience is a major plus
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
8. Must possess a DoD Secret Clearance or "top secret clearance".
9. Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools.
10. Commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
