Position Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and track business KPIs for the Sales & Marketing and Client Success organization.
- Create new dashboards and enhance existing ones to increase impact, improve user experience and adoption, and provide visibility into the health of the organization.
- Report regularly on bookings and retention, KPI performance and own adhoc projects, acting as a business partner to senior management.
- Manage and drive processes KTBR (Keep the Business Running) activities such as converting leads, creating accounts, maintaining data hygiene.
- Coordinate database cleanup procedures and bridge communication between IT and business users.
- Guide and train the client success, sales and marketing team on the most effective and strategic use of Salesforce.com reporting.
- Make recommendations to Manager, Revenue Operations on data policies and data process changes.
- Work with Revenue Operations Manager on various projects for continuous improvement of our data.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Knowledge, Experience, and Requirements
- 3+ years of data management and Revenue Operations experience.
- 2+ years of business intelligence, dashboarding, reporting, and data analysis experience, including experience with Einstein Analytics, DemandTools, Power BI, or comparable data visualization tools.
- Proficiency working with Salesforce.com (CPQ), MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Desire to make things perfect and creative problem solving to uncover and, proactively, look for bad data that needs to be fixed.
- Prior M&A experience a plus, but not required.
Success Criteria
- Demonstrated leadership skills, Revenue Operations strategy, and excellent understanding of reporting and forecasting best practices, territory management, and compensation management.
Location
- KPA is headquartered in Westminster, CO (just outside of Denver). We operate in a hybrid, remote-first work model where local employees can go into the office for in person collaboration, team meetings, or events. Our Senior Revenue Operations Business Analyst can sit 100% remote, only being expected to attend in-office events on an infrequent basis (quarterly or annually). Some examples include our annual Sales Kickoff Event or Quarterly Business Reviews.
Compensation
- Annual Base Salary Range of 85-90k
- Annual Bonus Opportunity of 10%
