What you'll do:
- Drive the design and execution of a holistic talent acquisition systems & tools strategy and roadmap, including regularly assessing of systems architecture, functionality and processes and recommending optimization opportunities
- Partner with the global Recruiting Leadership, People Team, IT and business stakeholders to design and deliver systems solutions that will help us execute on our talent initiatives
- Develop training and change management communication materials, as needed, on any system changes, system enhancements, new feature releases and system related process changes
- Support talent analytics initiatives maintaining all structural data housed in Recruiting Systems
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 level service desk support for day-to-day tasks including:
- Troubleshooting systems issues
- Building ad hoc and scheduled weekly/monthly reports
- Provisioning users' access, roles and security across Recruiting Systems
- Evaluating escalated system requests, researching solutions and sharing possible options with the Recruiting Leadership and/or decision makers for guidance
- Review, monitor, and communicate results effectively for impact and provide follow-ups in a timely manner
- Demonstrate thought leadership on current market trends and innovative solutions that are driving successful talent acquisition outcomes
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a role supporting HR and/or Recruiting systems or equivalent at a global company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Human Resources process knowledge, among others
- Has expertise in developing and preparing use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
- Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability synthesizing and interpreting talent data, as well as a demonstrated track record and exceptional judgment handling sensitive data
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically and communicate under pressure
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Workday, Google Suite, MS Excel, Tableau preferred; nice to have proficiency with other ATS solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience in working with both internal and system integrator teams for development
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
- For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $126,000 - $154,000.
- For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $146,000 - $178,000.
- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $153,000 - $187,000.
