Job Overview
Rewards Network is looking for Senior Recruiter- Sales to join our team! This role will work closely with sales leaders throughout the country, the Manager of Recruiting, and the People Team to lead and support our hiring efforts. With a focus on full lifecycle recruiting of sales talent, this role requires demonstrated ability to source experienced sales talent, build talent pipelines across a geographically dispersed sales team, and cultivate strong candidate and hiring manager relationships. The right candidate for this role will deliver results in a competitive market and bring new ideas and strategies that help us meet our hiring goals. This is a fast-paced role and requires a resilient mindset and effective prioritization and time management skills. This is a hybrid role and candidates must be willing to commute into our office 1-2 days per week.
What youll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
Work with hiring managers and internal partners to understand team needs and facilitate the full lifecycle talent acquisition process (sourcing to pre-onboarding)
Source and build pipelines of qualified sales talent across a wide range of US markets
Create engaging content and implement new approaches to ensuring our hiring efforts are visible to the right talent, measure success of new initiatives and make recommendations on future efforts
Screen candidates to ensure they meet minimum qualifications and fully assess their fit for our sales positions, which are outside sales roles requiring high volume activity in a niche space
Make recommendations to hiring managers or hiring teams, seek feedback on candidates, and pivot as needed
Facilitate the interview process while ensuring a timely and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams
Conduct interviews and debrief meetings to drive selection decisions, identify follow-up or gaps, and resolve open items
Extend employment offers and guide candidates through the offer process; represent RN in interactions with candidates and ensure clear understanding of the role and onboarding process
Lead and coordinate recruiting or talent acquisition initiatives, such as hiring events, managing online profiles or content, assisting teams on interview best practices, documenting processes, and reporting
This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 1-2 days per week on average in person at our Chicago office, most often for in person interviews, meetings, collaboration, and corporate events
Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)
Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education
Demonstrated success with recruiting sales professionals and in a high volume recruiting role
Proven ability to source candidates from a variety of platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed)
Passionate about recruiting and building sales teams; you are results-oriented and recognize that finding the right talent is critical
Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a strong relationship builder
Highly organized with attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team
Willingness to try new approaches, openness to new ideas, and a hunger to solve problems
Known as a go-getter with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Experience with Greenhouse a plus, but not required
